Service Description
A 3 day dry needling course for beginners that will advance you in to practicing dry needling in your practice. This course is being taught in Soldotna, Alaska Saturday to Monday September 20-22. (25 hours continuing education credits)
Cancellation Policy
1. Eligibility • This course is exclusively for licensed practitioners (e.g., physical therapists, chiropractors, medical doctors, etc.) with active, verifiable licenses. • Proof of licensure will be required during registration. 2. Registration and Payment • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment. • Payments can be made securely via our website during the booking process. • Early registration is recommended as seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 3. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations by Participants: o Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $20 administrative fee. o Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the course start date are non-refundable, unless there is clear communication and valid circumstances. o No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the event. • Cancellations by the Organizer: o In the unlikely event that the course is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. o The organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses. 4. Transfers • Registration is non-transferable to another participant without prior approval. • Participants may transfer their registration to a future course of the same value if the request is made at least 14 days prior to the original course date. Transfers are subject to availability. 5. Course Requirements • Participants must bring their own required materials, as specified in the course confirmation email. • Attendance for the full duration of the course is mandatory to receive certification. 6. Liability • The organizer is not responsible for injuries sustained during the course due to improper technique or failure to follow instructor guidance. • By registering, participants acknowledge their responsibility to practice techniques safely and professionally. 7. Privacy • Participant information collected during registration is used solely for course-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
